We stayed in the Premier King suite with city views. The floor to ceiling windows were to die for! I loved having a little lounge room and kitchen also, not just the standard bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook up our breakfast each morning using all the facilities which was a plus! The location was awesome, just a short walk to south bank, and easy access to public transport, also awesome having the IGA right below!

The hotel was very modern and offered beautiful city views, especially at night through the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service

My wife and I stayed here on New Years Eve. The experience was great. The location is very accessible as it is only 10 minutes away from Flinders St Station. There is an IGA downstairs to buy food and drinks. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave to prepare very basic food if you do no want to eat out. The gym area was nice and clean. The pool area is great to swim in and relax after training in the gym. There was a good view of the fireworks near the shrine for new years. The TV was able to be moved so you can watch shows in bed.

Location next to a woolies, and really close to some cafes and restaurants, and the river. Pool is heated and is really nice. Room is cosy but simple. Bathroom counter is nice and spacious

Gorgeous modern apartment, both comfortable, spacious and well located. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. The gym/pool was great, and we loved the small cafe at reception. We unfortunately had a medical emergency, and the professional and swift response from staff to assist us was commendable. Flowers delivered to the room in sympathy was a very personal and appreciated gesture, we felt genuinely cared for and looked after. Will absolutely recommend friends and family stay here.

Outstanding property! This will be our new go-to in Southbank. The king size, most comfortable bed, is a bonus, and the size of the room is great value. There is a fast lift to the 16th floor with very little street noise. Staff extremely friendly and attentive.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. We booked the 1bedroom apartment with city views. This room met my expectations, was tidy and mostly clean. The sliding doors in between the bedroom and ensuite was convenient, as well as the sliding door separating the bedroom to the lounge area created a proper bedroom feel. The view was amazing with the ceiling to floor windows. Used the gym, the equipment included cross trainer, bike, rower and treadmill and dumbells The indoor pool was heated and they have extra towels avaliable there too. We enjoyed our stay that weve already booked in for another weekend getaway.

This was our third stay at the Adina apartments. Have yet to try the swimming pool. The location is excellent and the facilities within and without the room are excellent as well. The space in the room is good too. Because we are such regulars perhaps next time we could be upgraded. We were able to easily attend Edith Piaaf, the iconic National Geographic exhibition and Lume with the Da Vinci Exhibition as well as go to a hatted Japanese/French restaurant. We enjoyed the Soprano restaurant which is just next door to the apartment - we also had to access the IGA which is also next door to the apartment.
