The location, facilities, and comfort of the hotel were very good. Great location to walk to most places we needed in Melbourne. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable and suited our family needs well. Staff were friendly.

The location allows easy access to Southbank and transport options. Plenty of local high-quality and casual restaurants within walking distance. Helpful IGA located next door. I received a room upgrade which made my 4 day stay very comfortable. The one-bedroom apartment is a great set-up, very spacious with helpful facilities.

We stayed in the Premier King suite with city views. The floor to ceiling windows were to die for! I loved having a little lounge room and kitchen also, not just the standard bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook up our breakfast each morning using all the facilities which was a plus! The location was awesome, just a short walk to south bank, and easy access to public transport, also awesome having the IGA right below!

Location excellent. Soundproofing great as could barely hear the traffic on very busy road below. Loved the picture window from 16th floor. The staff were excellent and I received a special gift as it was my 83rd birthday! Very comfy room, especially the couch and beds. Would definitely go back if possible. Didn't really use kitchen facilities except for tea and coffee but loved the teacup and teapot!

The staff were lovely, easy check in on arrival. Location was great for what we wanted. Room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and light with wonderful big windows and a panoramic view. I liked how the bedrooms were at each end of the sitting room. Two bathrooms were good, ours being very spacious and attractive. Staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was a fabulous pool which we used each day and the gym was great too. The location was also very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go.

The size of the room I had on level 17 was perfect. I really wanted to stay another night. The room felt really fancy and glamorous. The aircon was great and the bed was big and comfy. Washer, dryer, fridge, stove, oven and all other amenities were great

Excellent bed and good size room with very nice view. Excellent soundproofing. Very close to many entertainment venues. Lovely clean suburb.

I really liked the location - it's a quick walk to Crown, and it's super easy to get to Flinders Street which connects you to everywhere else. The room itself was nice and clean. Check-in is fairly straight forward and getting in and out of the hotel was easy enough. There is an IGA directly next door so it's easy to get what you need for your stay. Kitchen and bathroom are nice. I liked having a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge area.
